Philip Morris Berlin GmbH –Construction of a new production facility
Planning and tendering of the complete measurement and control systems
for reconstruction of different production halls in the field of Facility
Management of the company Philip Morris. In detail this have been the air
conditioning system of the production halls, refrigerating machines,
pneumatically driven compressors and the boiler station for the central
steam supply.

Public Services Karlsruhe GmbH – Construction of a new 40 MW
hot water boiler station

Planning of NSHV, USV stations for 24 VDC and 400 V AC, routeing distributor
with all sub-distributors. Preparation of the control functions of both double-
material burners in a safety oriented control system. Preparation of the
function for the main process control systems of the power station.

Systems for technical power stations

Siemens Redwitz
For the Rusel power station Deggendorf a hot water station (175°C with
12 MW) has been constructed at three diesel engines via an exhaust gas
heat exchanger to enable the supply of a district heating system.
The main tasks were programming of the control and regulation functions
as well as management for optimal heat extraction to the district heating
system. Application of a programmable logical controller (PLC) Simatic
S7-416 as main control with management of three Simatic S7-414 for
controlling of the exhaust gas heat exchanger.

HKW Radebeul, Wooden boiler
Control and regulation of high pressure and low pressure steam reduction
stations in connection with a steam turbine.
Operating parameter HP-reduction station: P-Pressure 22 – 26 bar
FD temperature: 400°C
LP pressure: 1.9 – 2.4 bar
LP temperature: 240 – 310°C
Planning and projecting of the measurement system.
Programming and start-up of control and regulation functions for the
reduction stations in connection with a steam turbine.

HKW chemical plant Bad Köstritz
Strengthening of a heavy oil lighted steam boiler station for supply of the
chemical plant Bad Köstritz.
Two steam boiler each 15 t/h / 21 bar, two steam reduction stations, heavy
oil supply storage with pump groups and up-heating.
Planning of the msr-technical system, programming and start-up of the
entire system.
Application of ABB-SPSen as automation systems, the control system
is ZenOn (Copa Data).

HKW Hermsdorf
Planning of the msr-technical system, programming and start-up of the
entire system.
The complete technical automation is controlled via Siemens S7-technique
(S7-300 to 400).
Connection to the network of the control station Jena via telecontrol with
journal 60850-5-101.
Coupling of static SIPART-controllers DR 21/22 via Profibus-DP.
Operation and monitoring of the entire system via remote control as well
as a central control system realized via WinCC.

Fagerdala Deutschland GmbH Ohrdruf
To guarantee the steam supply of the plastic manufacturer Fagerdala World
Foams there has been installed a second steam boiler (10 bar, 12 t/h).
Planning of the msr-technical system, programming and start-up of the
entire system.
Control and regulation of the new steam boiler via technical automation, management of the entire station. Application of Siemens
automation technique.

Planning of the 10kV MV equipment for the extension of connecting the turbo generator station to the 10 kV the medium voltage net. Planning of measurement and control connection of the turbine system with regulation for the steam pressure reduction station as turbine by-passing station.
Systems for technical power stations - Steam boiler station MEAG - industrial estate Zeitz with MD steaming section
New construction of a steam boiler system 22 t/h / 20 bar with MD steaming section for the supply of an industrial company. Complete planning of the electro-technical system and equipment, measurement, control and regulation technologies. Programming and start-up of the entire measurement control and technical regulation equipment of the boiler system, all off-sites and MD steaming section. Application of Simatic S7-414 with Profibus-DP, connections ET200, control system WINCC, 2.5 km LWL-cables with Ethernet-coupling.
